With service, a Coway Homecare Technician does the 7-Step Mattress Care for the whole contract. Without service, the monthly is RM30 lower but there's no Mattress Care.
Pick 5, 7 or 9 years (5+0, 7+0, 9+0). These are full contracts, so ending early comes with a penalty. The 9+0 contract is only for plans with service, and Smart Mattress has 5+0 and 7+0 only.
For Prime Lite and Prime II rentals, Coway says the topper can be changed for free, subject to terms and conditions. For Elite with service, the topper is replaced in billing month 36.
Yes. The Smart Mattress uses 230 V power to control its Sleep Cells (S6+ 96 W, S8+ 129 W). Make sure there's a socket near the bed.
The mattress is installed by a logistics agency appointed by Coway.
